Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

The App helps you track home appliances, maintenance schedules, repairs, energy usage, and smart home devices. The App also provides referral links to third-party service platforms ("Find a Pro" or similar features) to help you find local contractors.

2. Not a Contractor, Not a Marketplace

We are not a contractor, home service provider, or marketplace. The App does not vet, employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any contractor. Any referral to a third-party platform (such as Angi or Thumbtack) is provided as a convenience only. Any contract for services, and any dispute regarding the quality, cost, or completion of services, is solely between you and the contractor or third-party platform — we are not a party to that relationship and bear no responsibility for it.

3. Not Professional Advice

The App may provide general information, reminders, or AI-generated suggestions (for example, regarding energy usage or maintenance). This information is provided for convenience only and is not professional advice — including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, financial, insurance, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

4. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Household Sharing

If you invite others to share your household data, you are responsible for the accuracy of the invitation and understand that invited members will be able to view and, depending on the feature, edit shared household data. You can remove members at any time if you are the household owner.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into the App (appliance records, notes, photos of bills, etc.). By using AI-assisted features (such as bill scanning), you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested feature.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Use the App to harass, defraud, or harm any other person, including household members or contractors.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or platforms (such as Angi or Thumbtack) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or business practices of any third party. We may earn a referral commission if you book a service through these links, at no additional cost to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-extracted data (such as bill scanning results) will be fully accurate — always verify important figures against your original documents.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olam Reach, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, including any services obtained through third-party referrals.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
